Visas, Travel Insurance, Flights etc
The cheapest way to get to Ushuaia will be to fly to Buenos Aires or Santiago and then get the bus down. But it is three thousand kilometres & 40 hours! Otherwise, you can fly to Punta Arenas or Ushuaia... look on expedia.co.uk for deals. You could, for example, get a return international flight to Buenos Aires, Rio or Santiago and then a single BA - Ushuaia and Quito - BA. Or what about Quito - Ushuaia single? JLA deals... Visas are not needed for Brits. Other nationalities - contact me. Travel Insurance: shop around but make sure it covers you for the activities you want to do, and is valid for a continuous trip. You should be looking at about £300 for the full expedition. |
